We will be having our general meeting on January 9th at 8:45 am. It should not last more than a couple of hours. We will be doing it virtually on Go To Meeting. There is a session available on the 2nd of January for those not familiar with the program. If you would like to take part in the training for that, someone will be available on that day and time (see below) to help you learn how the program works. Please use the link below to download the program to your computer or phone, or tablet to participate in either or both sessions. The Annual Meeting will give you some information on what to expect in the coming new year. The login information for both meetings is the same.
I would also like to remind you that if you were a member this year, you are eligible for an extra year at no cost to you. However, you do need to submit a current application letting us know that you want to continue your membership for an extra year, please indicate that you are a current member on the form. Once submitted, you will receive an updated id card in the mail. You will NOT be automatically extended unless you fill out the application, this pertains to every member. The application is available on this website. You can just email it back to the email address on the form. If you wish to make a donation, you can use paypal for that at: paypal.com/us/fundraiser/charity/1549070 This link gives us the full amount you intend to donate without Paypal taking their percentage out of the donation. You can also mail it to the PO Box if you wish. Likewise, if you want to become a new member the same applies.
